Staff Pharmacist in Antioch, TN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients with conditions such as hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other diseases requiring infused medications.
• Manage therapies including factor replacement, emicizumab, and a variety of subcutaneous and IV infusions for chronic care.
• Educate patients and families on drug administration techniques, adherence strategies, side effect management, and safe medication handling at home.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Work alongside reimbursement specialists to handle complex insurance plans, secure prior authorizations, and help patients access financial assistance programs.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Tennessee pharmacist license required.
• Arkansas pharmacist license preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Multi-state licensure is strongly encouraged; willingness to acquire additional licenses is essential.
• Experience with CareTend software highly preferred (training available).
• Ability to manage low-volume pharmacy operations with attention to clinical excellence.
