An opportunity is available for a motivated pharmacist eager to develop expertise within a specialty pharmacy setting focused on complex infused therapies. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or a professional with limited experience seeking to grow their career alongside a supportive team aiming for long-term success and potential partial ownership.

Location: Arlington, TN (work site in Cordova, TN)
Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients managing hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other conditions requiring infused medications.
  • Develop specialized knowledge in factor replacement therapies, emicizumab, and a variety of subcutaneous and intravenous infusions used in chronic care.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on drug administration techniques, side effect monitoring, medication adherence, and safe handling in home settings.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and internal care coordinators to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care.
  • Work with reimbursement specialists to navigate insurance requirements, obtain prior authorizations, and facilitate access to financial assistance resources.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Licensed Pharmacist in Tennessee (required); Arkansas license highly preferred.
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
  • Experience with CareTend software is highly desirable; training is available for the right candidate.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a drive to learn and advance within the specialty pharmacy field.
