Staff Pharmacist - Arlington, TN

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other conditions requiring infused therapies
• Managing complex therapies such as factor replacement, emicizumab, and various subcutaneous and IV infusions
• Educating patients and families on drug administration, side effect management, adherence, and safe medication handling at home
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure seamless patient care
• Assisting with benefits navigation, prior authorizations, and financial assistance alongside reimbursement specialists

Qualifications:

• Pharmacist license in Tennessee (required)
• Arkansas license highly preferred, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses
• CareTend pharmacy software experience highly preferred; training available for the right candidate
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-focused care

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
