- Per diem, flexible hours based on coverage needs
Responsibilities:
- Performing PV1 tasks, including checking and verifying prescriptions
- Blister and multi-dose packing
- Supervising pharmacy technicians
- Handling provider and transfer calls efficiently and professionally
- Utilizing Sweet Rx system for pharmacy operations
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current and valid Texas pharmacist license in good standing
- Experience in Long Term Care pharmacy environments is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on blending accuracy and speed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience supervising pharmacy technicians and managing provider communications
- Comfortable navigating Sweet Rx or similar pharmacy software
