Staff Pharmacist | Attleboro, Massachusetts

A pharmacy leadership opportunity is available for a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to support a new long-term care (LTC) facility opening in early December. This direct hire position offers the unique advantage of a flexible schedule, allowing you to craft your own hours as the Pharmacy-in-Charge (PIC). You can choose between a first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or a second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities include overseeing pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing medication distribution, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. As the PIC at a newly established facility, you will have the opportunity to shape processes and establish best practices.

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Active Massachusetts pharmacist license in good standing
• Prior experience in long-term care pharmacy operations is highly preferred
• Retail pharmacists eager to transition into LTC are welcome, as training will be provided
• Familiarity with Frameworks pharmacy system is beneficial
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage daily pharmacy operations effectively
