This opportunity is for a Staff Pharmacist position supporting inpatient pharmacy operations in Aurora and Denver, CO. The role offers a rewarding environment to apply clinical expertise while collaborating with healthcare teams in multiple hospital settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify medication orders accurately for hospitalized patients
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians ensuring efficient workflow
  • Provide pharmacokinetic consultations to support optimal drug therapy
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses for patient care
  • Float between Aurora and Denver locations, approximately 3 days per week in Aurora and 1-2 days per week in Denver (schedule may adjust per business needs)

Schedule:

  • Day shift, Monday through Sunday
  • 36-40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts on weekdays and 6-hour shifts on weekends

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Colorado pharmacist license is required
  • Minimum of 3 years hospital pharmacy experience preferred
  • Strong clinical skills with comfort in inpatient pharmacy duties
  • Ability to adapt to floating between two locations smoothly
