Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - Aurora, CO

An opportunity is available for two licensed pharmacists to support a long-term care pharmacy with per diem availability. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and safety of dispensed medications through final product verification in a reputable pharmacy setting.

Location: Aurora, CO

Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Contract Term: Initial 4-week contract, with opportunity for extension

Responsibilities:

• Perform final product verification (PV1 and PV2) to ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions
• PV1: Verify order entry completed by pharmacy technicians
• PV2: Verify filled medications prior to distribution

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Colorado Pharmacist License
• Pharmacy experience in any setting; experience in long-term care is a plus
• Familiarity with Frameworks software preferred but not required
• Open to new pharmacy graduates ready to apply their skills in a dynamic environment
