Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - Aurora, Colorado

A per diem pharmacist opportunity is available at a long-term care pharmacy in Aurora, CO, with a 4-week contract to start and potential for extension. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and safety of medications through final product verification processes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform final product verification (PV1 and PV2)
• PV1: Verify order entry completed by pharmacy technicians
• PV2: Verify filled medications for accuracy and safety
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain compliance and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Colorado Pharmacist License
• Pharmacy experience in any setting is welcomed
• Familiarity with Frameworks software preferred
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

This role requires strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care within a long-term care pharmacy environment. Two pharmacist positions are available to support the team on a per diem basis.
