Per Diem retail Pharmacist opportunity to support multiple Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) pharmacies in the Baltimore area. This role requires flexibility to float among various clinic locations within the region, providing essential outpatient pharmacy services in fast-paced, community-focused environments.
Locations include:
- Highlandtown, 3700 Fleet St., Baltimore, MD 21224
- Belair, 3120 Erdman Ave., Baltimore, MD 21213
- St. Agnes, 900 S. Caton Ave., Baltimore, MD 21229
- Rosedale, 9520 Philadelphia Road, Rosedale, MD 21237
- Yard 56, 5525 Eastern Avenue Ste. 104, Baltimore, MD 21224
Schedule:
- Per Diem, 1-2 days per week as needed
- Day shift, Monday through Saturday operation
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise pharmacy technicians
- Provide patient counseling on medications and health concerns
- Administer vaccines and immunizations as part of outpatient care
- Support pharmacy operations in multiple community clinic settings
- Maintain compliance with rigorous health screenings and regulations similar to hospital standards
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of recent retail pharmacy experience required
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with 340B program is highly preferred
- Spanish language skills are a strong plus
- Willingness to learn ScriptPro software; training provided
