Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - Baraboo, WI

Support a long-term care pharmacy in Mauston, Wisconsin, as a relief pharmacist providing essential coverage during vacation periods and increased workload times. Schedule:

• Needed March 23 through March 27, 2026
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and package medications accurately for long-term care residents
• Manage inventory and coordinate delivery to ensure timely availability
• Utilize pharmacy technology systems and maintain quality assurance standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines specific to LTC pharmacies
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to support medication management

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Wisconsin pharmacist license
• Experience working in long-term care pharmacy settings
• Familiarity with Framework software is highly desirable; training available if needed
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and support the pharmacy during key periods
