Schedule:

• 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (day shift)
• Minimal on-call duties supported by remote services

Responsibilities:

• Dispense and verify medications in accordance with hospital protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient medication regimens
• Utilize MedHost EMR for electronic documentation and patient records
• Monitor clinical alerts and drug interactions using Sentri 7 Clinical Surveillance software
• Manage inventory with Pyxis Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADCs)
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies

Qualifications:

• Valid California Pharmacist license required
• Experience working in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting preferred
• Familiarity with MedHost EMR, Sentri 7, and Pyxis ADCs is advantageous
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
