Staff Pharmacist in Bear, DE

This opportunity is for a clinical pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care during the night shift in a Delaware healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have strong hospital pharmacy experience and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Delaware.

Key Qualifications:

• Pharm.D. degree or B.S. in Pharmacy with equivalent relevant experience
• Current pharmacist licensure or eligibility to reciprocate in Delaware
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience is preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to manage medication therapy for hospitalized patients

Location:

• Position based in Bear, Delaware

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring patient safety
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and clinical outcomes
• Monitor patient responses and adjust medication orders as necessary
• Comply with all relevant regulations and facility policies
• Participate in weekend rotations every third weekend

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with every third weekend rotation to support night shift coverage
