Location:

• Bemidji, MN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Some weekends required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform long-term care pharmacist duties with attention to accuracy and patient safety
• Provide medication therapy management (MTM) to optimize patient outcomes
• Conduct immunizations and maintain immunization records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive pharmacy services

Desired Qualifications:

• PharmD degree preferred
• Current Immunization Certification
• CPR Certification
• Experience in retail pharmacy and long-term care environments
• Strong knowledge of prescription processing and pharmacy operations
