Staff Pharmacist - Bemidji, Minnesota

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacist to support a specialty pharmacy located in Grand Rapids, MN. This role offers a dynamic mix of retail and long-term care pharmacy services, providing a rewarding and varied daily routine over a contract duration of 13+ weeks.

Location:

• Grand Rapids, MN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Possible rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

• Manage both retail pharmacy operations and long-term care medication management
• Provide expert pharmaceutical care to diverse patient populations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy

Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota pharmacist license
• Immunization certification
• CPR certification
• PharmD degree or Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred
