Retail Staff Pharmacist - Blackduck, Minnesota

This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced pharmacists to provide specialized care in a long-term care setting. You will be serving at a specialty pharmacy facility in Bemidji, MN, with a contract duration of 13+ weeks. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with occasional weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and safely in a long-term care pharmacy environment
• Provide clinical pharmacy services tailored to patient needs
• Conduct medication therapy management and support immunization efforts
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations

Desired Qualifications:

• PharmD degree or equivalent certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
• Immunization Certification and current CPR certification
• Experience in retail pharmacy, long-term care, or specialty pharmacy preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
