Staff Pharmacist in Blackduck, MN

This opportunity calls for a licensed pharmacist to support a specialty pharmacy setting with a blend of retail and long-term care responsibilities. Qualified candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Valid Minnesota Pharmacist License.
• Certified in Immunization Administration.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Schedule and Location:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Possible rotating weekend shifts.
• Position based at a specialty pharmacy in Grand Rapids, MN.
