Responsibilities include:
- Managing retail pharmacy operations with a focus on accuracy and customer service.
- Providing pharmaceutical care to long-term care residents.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
- Administering immunizations and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintaining thorough documentation and regulatory compliance.
Qualified candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Valid Minnesota Pharmacist License.
- Certified in Immunization Administration.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Schedule and Location:
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Possible rotating weekend shifts.
- Position based at a specialty pharmacy in Grand Rapids, MN.
