This opportunity calls for a licensed pharmacist to support a specialty pharmacy setting with a blend of retail and long-term care responsibilities. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing retail pharmacy operations with a focus on accuracy and customer service.
  • Providing pharmaceutical care to long-term care residents.
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
  • Administering immunizations and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Maintaining thorough documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Valid Minnesota Pharmacist License.
  • Certified in Immunization Administration.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Schedule and Location:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Possible rotating weekend shifts.
  • Position based at a specialty pharmacy in Grand Rapids, MN.

This is a contract position with a duration of 13 weeks or more, offering the chance to engage in a mix of retail and long-term care pharmacy practice.
