Staff Pharmacist - Boston, Massachusetts

An opportunity is available for Evening Shift Pharmacists at a closed-door long-term care facility in Massachusetts. This direct hire role offers the chance to support medication management within a high-volume pharmacy environment serving approximately 600 prescriptions daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided)
• Ensure accuracy and safety in dispensing medications
• Supervise pharmacy technicians throughout shifts
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy policies and regulatory standards

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, evenings from either 3:30pm to 11:00pm or 4:30pm to 12:00am
• Rotating weekend shifts required

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license
• Experience in a pharmacy setting; new graduates with strong skills encouraged to apply
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
