An established closed-door long-term care facility is seeking a dependable Evening Shift Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations and ensure safe, accurate medication dispensing. Location: Foxborough, Massachusetts

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• Rotating weekends required

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial medication reviews through the Frameworks software system (training provided)
• Perform final medication checks and reviews to ensure accuracy
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians during the shift
• Dispense medications following established protocols in a fast-paced setting

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license
• Experience working in a pharmacy environment, with ability to handle high prescription volumes (approx. 600 Rx/day)
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency in a fast-paced workflow
• Open to new graduates eager to grow within the long-term care pharmacy setting
