Pharmacist - Rehab Hospital

Seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a rehab hospital contract opportunity in the Boston area. This is an excellent chance for a Massachusetts-licensed pharmacist to gain or expand inpatient experience in a supportive hospital setting. New graduates and pharmacists with retail backgrounds are encouraged to apply. 

Pay starting at 53+/hr

Responsibilities

• Verify medication orders and ensure accurate dispensing of medications
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff regarding medication therapy
• Review patient medication profiles for safety and appropriateness
• Utilize Epic and Pyxis systems for daily pharmacy operations
• Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory pharmacy standards

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License
• PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Retail pharmacists and new graduates are encouraged to apply

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• 13+ Week Contract
• ASAP Start
