Retail Staff Pharmacist in Brainerd, MN

Provide pharmacy expertise in a Specialty Pharmacy setting located in Brainerd, MN, supporting long-term care services. This role involves dispensing medications, managing prescriptions, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Location:

• Brainerd, MN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Some weekend shifts required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive long-term care pharmacist duties including medication review and management
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in prescription dispensing
• Provide immunizations as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and pharmacy records
• Support patient counseling and education

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• PharmD degree required
• Immunization Certification preferred
• CPR Certification required
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus
• Experience working in retail or specialty pharmacy settings highly desirable
