Provide essential pharmacist coverage in a supportive, low-volume environment, verifying prescriptions and ensuring accuracy and safety. Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions with accuracy and attention to detail, handling fewer than 10 scripts per day.
• Collaborate with on-site pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth pharmacy operations.
• Support pharmacy functions during designated coverage periods without infusion duties.
• Work independently, managing responsibilities as the sole pharmacist on-site.

Qualifications:

• Active Maine Pharmacist License.
• Demonstrated experience as a pharmacist, preferably with experience as the only pharmacist on duty.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to work efficiently and confidently in a low-volume pharmacy setting.

Schedule & Location:

• Location: Brewer, ME.
• Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM during coverage periods.
• Coverage Dates: April 15–17 (training) and April 20–24.
