Hospital Inpatient Staff Pharmacist in Brockton, MA

An established hospital is seeking an Interim Pharmacy Manager/Director to oversee inpatient pharmacy operations and provide staffing support as needed. This key leadership role requires a proactive manager capable of maintaining high standards of pharmaceutical services within a hospital setting. The position is based in Boston, MA and begins immediately, with a projected duration of three months or longer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the inpatient pharmacy to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with hospital policies
• Provide leadership, supervision, and mentoring to pharmacy staff
• Coordinate staffing schedules and fill shifts when necessary to maintain pharmacy coverage
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize medication management and patient safety
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hospital pharmacy, preferably with inpatient focus
• Proven management experience in a pharmacy setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to step into a staffing role when required
