Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - Bronx, NY

A dynamic opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist to support a rapidly expanding closed-door delivery pharmacy serving the Bronx, NY area. This per diem role allows you to join a skilled and collaborative team of pharmacists and technicians dedicated to efficient and accurate pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify and dispense prescriptions using the Pioneer Rx system.
• Counsel patients via virtual platforms or phone, ensuring medication understanding and safety.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain smooth workflow in this high-paced setting.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.

Schedule Highlights:

• Coverage needed across multiple shifts, including weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and weekend hours.
• Specific shift dates available from early to mid-February.
• Flexibility to cover one or more days is essential to meet fast-moving operational needs.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing.
• Proficient with pharmacy information systems, ideally Pioneer Rx.
• Experience in closed-door or delivery pharmacy settings is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
