A Per Diem pharmacist opportunity is available at a fast-growing closed-door delivery pharmacy in Brooklyn, NY, expanding rapidly to meet increasing demand for efficient medication services. With an urgent need for coverage across multiple shifts, this role offers the chance to join a dynamic pharmacy team dedicated to exceptional patient care and streamlined pharmacy operations.

Location: Brooklyn, NY – 122 W 146th St

Schedule (Per Diem; multiple shifts available in February):

• Wednesday, 2/4: 10 AM – 8 PM
• Thursday, 2/5: 10 AM – 8 PM
• Friday, 2/6: 10 AM – 8 PM
• Saturday, 2/7: 8 AM – 4 PM
• Monday, 2/9: 8 AM – 6 PM and 10 AM – 8 PM (2 pharmacists needed)
• Tuesday, 2/10: 10 AM – 8 PM
• Wednesday, 2/11: 10 AM – 8 PM (2 pharmacists needed)
• Thursday, 2/12: 10 AM – 8 PM
• Saturday, 2/14: 8 AM – 2 PM
• Monday, 2/16: 8 AM – 6 PM (2 pharmacists needed), 10 AM – 8 PM
• Tuesday, 2/17: 8 AM – 6 PM (2 pharmacists needed), 10 AM – 8 PM
• Friday, 2/20: 8 AM – 6 PM, 10 AM – 8 PM (2 pharmacists needed)
• Saturday, 2/21: 8 AM – 6 PM

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in a high-volume, closed-door pharmacy setting
• Utilize Pioneer Rx system for prescription processing and documentation
• Collaborate with a strong, supportive team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards
• Provide expert guidance to optimize patient medication therapies for safe, timely delivery

Desired Qualifications:

• Active pharmacist license eligible for practice in New York
• Experience with electronic pharmacy systems, preferably Pioneer Rx
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to cover various shifts on short notice
