Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - Burkburnett, TX

This opportunity is for a Staff Pharmacist role providing essential support on a per diem basis, primarily covering vacation and PTO needs. The position is based in a closed-door pharmacy setting attached to a behavioral hospital, with limited walk-in traffic and a daily script volume of approximately 300-400 prescriptions.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in compliance with professional standards
• Manage prescription processing with an emphasis on safety and patient care
• Utilize Enterprise RX software (training provided) to maintain records and workflow
• Collaborate with healthcare team members within the behavioral hospital setting
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy protocols

Qualifications:

• Recent experience working as a pharmacist, demonstrating up-to-date clinical knowledge
• Residency in or near the Wichita, TX area, ideally currently working PRN or part-time
• Willingness to learn and work with Enterprise RX software
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills in a pharmacy environment

Schedule:

• Per diem (PRN) position designed to cover vacations and PTO
• Site hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
