Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Burkburnett, TX

A Staff Pharmacist position is available at a closed-door facility connected to a behavioral hospital in Plano, TX. This PRN, per diem role offers the opportunity to manage a script count of 300-400 prescriptions per day within standard weekday hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and review prescriptions
• Counsel patients with a focus on behavioral health needs
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmaceutical care
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and policies
• Utilize Enterprise RX software for daily operations; training provided

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Recent pharmacy experience with a strong clinical background
• Local candidates preferred, especially those currently working PRN or part-time roles
• Willingness to learn and operate Enterprise RX software
• Ability to work independently in a closed-door pharmacy setting with minimal walk-in traffic
