Pharmacist in Cambridge, MA

An opportunity is available for experienced and motivated pharmacists to join a growing closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy team. This role focuses on evening shift responsibilities, supporting efficient medication management and patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough initial medication reviews using the Frameworks software system (training available)
• Perform final medication checks and verifications
• Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians during shifts
• Accurately dispense medications in compliance with safety standards

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 3:30 pm to 11:00 pm or 4:30 pm to 12:00 am
• Rotating weekend shifts to support team coverage

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Massachusetts pharmacist license is required
• Prior pharmacy experience preferred, but new graduates eager to learn are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume environment handling approximately 600 prescriptions daily
• Strong communication skills and adaptability with new software systems

• Position based in Foxborough, Massachusetts, within a closed-door LTC facility setting
