Pharmacist - Cambridge, MA

This opportunity seeks skilled Evening Shift Pharmacists to join a closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) facility located near Cambridge and Foxborough, Massachusetts. The position offers the chance for direct hire, beginning as soon as possible, and involves working within a dynamic, high-volume pharmacy environment processing approximately 600 prescriptions daily.

The role centers on handling comprehensive medication reviews and final checks through the Frameworks software system—with training provided for candidates new to it. Additionally, you will have the responsibility for supervising pharmacy technicians and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks system
• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications
• Oversee and support pharmacy technicians during shifts
• Maintain efficiency and speed in processing prescriptions within a high-volume setting

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license required
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings on a rotating weekend schedule

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Rotating weekends
