An opportunity is available for experienced evening shift pharmacists to work in a closed-door, long-term care facility serving approximately 600 prescriptions daily. This direct-hire position is based in New Jersey with a schedule designed to cover evening hours and rotating weekend shifts.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting initial medication reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided)
- Performing final medication checks to ensure accuracy and safety
- Supervising and overseeing pharmacy technicians during shifts
- Dispensing medications efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 6:00pm – 2:30am
- Rotating weekends every other weekend
- Weekend shifts either 11:00am – 9:00pm or 1:00pm – 10:00pm
Qualifications:
- Active and clear New Jersey Pharmacist license required
- Previous pharmacy experience, preferably in a high-volume setting
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain accuracy under pressure
- Comfortable using or learning Frameworks software system
