Staff Pharmacist in Camden, NJ

A direct hire opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist to work within a closed-door, long-term care facility. This role requires a dedicated professional to manage a high-volume pharmacy environment efficiently and accurately, ensuring quality and safety in medication dispensing and review.

Responsibilities include conducting initial and final medication reviews utilizing the Frameworks software system—with training provided—overseeing pharmacy technicians, and accurately dispensing medications. The pharmacist will manage approximately 600 prescriptions daily in a fast-paced setting, requiring both speed and attention to detail.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 6:30pm
• Rotating every 3rd weekend
• Weekend shifts either 11:00am – 9:00pm or 1:00pm – 10:00pm
• Commitment to at least one summer and one winter holiday shift

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear NJ Pharmacist license
• Previous pharmacy experience in a high-volume setting
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensation
• Willingness to learn and utilize Frameworks software system
