Staff Pharmacist | Camden, New Jersey

A mid-shift pharmacist position is available at a closed-door long-term care facility, specializing in managing a high-volume prescription environment averaging around 600 prescriptions per day. This direct hire opportunity offers a dynamic schedule focused on providing comprehensive medication management and oversight during afternoon and evening hours.

Responsibilities include conducting initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks software system—with training provided if needed—supervising pharmacy technicians, and ensuring accurate dispensing of medications. The role requires working Monday through Friday from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, with every third weekend rotation including Saturdays and Sundays on staggered shifts (11:00 am – 9:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm). Additionally, coverage during at least one summer and one winter holiday is required.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear New Jersey Pharmacist license
• Proven pharmacy experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Ability to efficiently manage workflow under pressure
• Comfortable with technology; willingness to learn and use Frameworks software system
