Staff Pharmacist - Camden, NJ

A direct hire opportunity is available for an Evening Shift Pharmacist at a closed-door long-term care facility. This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with rotating every third weekend and designated shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. The position is ideal for a highly efficient pharmacist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial medication reviews utilizing Frameworks software (training provided)
• Perform final medication checks to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians during shifts
• Accurately dispense medications following established protocols
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and clear New Jersey Pharmacist license
• Proven pharmacy experience, ideally in a high-volume setting
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Flexibility to cover scheduled shifts including every third weekend and select holidays (minimum one summer and one winter holiday)
