Pharmacist in Camden, NJ

A healthcare facility specializing in closed-door long-term care seeks a dedicated Evening Shift Staff Pharmacist to join their team in Camden, NJ. This direct hire opportunity offers the chance to contribute to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, handling a daily volume of approximately 600 prescriptions.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm – 12:30 am
• Rotating every 3rd weekend
• Saturday and Sunday shifts either 11:00 am – 9:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Commitment to a minimum of one summer and one winter holiday

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial prescription reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided)
• Perform final medication reviews and checks to ensure accuracy and safety
• Supervise and coordinate pharmacy technicians during shifts
• Accurately dispense medications in a timely manner

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active and clear New Jersey Pharmacist license
• Proven pharmacy experience, ideally in a high-volume setting
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain accuracy under pressure
• Comfortable using or willing to train on Frameworks software
