Retail Staff Pharmacist - Cass Lake, MN

This opportunity is for an experienced pharmacist to support a Specialty Pharmacy site in Bemidji, MN. The role involves providing comprehensive Long Term Care pharmacy services in a dynamic setting, helping to ensure patients receive the highest level of pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform duties specific to Long Term Care pharmacy practice, including medication review, dispensing, and patient counseling.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and pharmacy records.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Administer immunizations as certified and assist with other patient care services.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education efforts.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• PharmD degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred.
• Current immunization and CPR certifications required.
• Valid pharmacist license in good standing.
• Experience with retail and specialty pharmacy operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Some weekends required

• Bemidji, Minnesota (specialty pharmacy setting)
