Staff Pharmacist - Cass Lake, Minnesota

This opportunity is for a Staff Pharmacist role based in Grand Rapids, MN, offering a contract engagement lasting at least 13 weeks. The position involves working within a specialty pharmacy setting, combining retail and long-term care responsibilities.

Location:

• Grand Rapids, MN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Possible rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmacy services in both retail and long-term care environments
• Manage medication therapy for patients requiring long-term care
• Support pharmacy operations and assist in patient consultations and immunizations as required

Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Pharmacist license
• Certified in Immunization and CPR
• PharmD degree preferred or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
