Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - Chandler, Arizona

A community-focused clinical compounding pharmacy in Mesa, AZ, seeks a PRN Pharmacist to provide expert support during select dates this Spring and early Summer. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to personalized patient care by compounding custom medications tailored to individual needs. The pharmacy collaborates closely with healthcare providers to develop specialized therapies, provide clinical consulting, and manage complex or hard-to-source treatments.

Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule:

• April 13th, May 26th, May 28th, June 1st
• Shift hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify sterile and/or non-sterile compounded medications in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize the PioneerRx pharmacy system for documentation and workflow management
• Maintain rigorous quality assurance and safety practices in compounding processes

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Pharmacist License
• Experience in compounding pharmacy, with sterile or non-sterile compounding preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a PRN capacity
