Provide essential pharmacy services as a Staff Pharmacist in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving an underserved community. This position supports the clinic’s mission to deliver accessible, patient-focused care in a single pharmacist and technician environment, utilizing the PioneerRx system.

Location:

  • Charlotte, NC

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • No weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Manage medication dispensing and counseling in an FQHC/340B program setting
  • Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure safe and effective medication use
  • Provide personalized patient care, addressing the needs of an underserved population
  • Support pharmacy operations alongside one technician, fostering a team-based environment
  • Maintain compliance with state pharmacy laws and clinic policies

Qualifications:

  • Current NC Pharmacist license (required)
  • 1-3 years of pharmacist experience, preferably in an FQHC or similar setting
  • Experience working with underserved populations preferred
  • Comfortable working independently in a one pharmacist/one technician environment
  • Spanish language skills highly preferred, as the technician speaks Spanish and bilingual communication is beneficial
