Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - Charlotte, North Carolina

A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist to provide coverage for call-offs, PTO, and vacations. This role offers approximately two shifts per month, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with no weekend hours.

Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• No weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-focused pharmaceutical care in an FQHC/340B setting
• Manage medication dispensing and counseling in a one Pharmacist/one Technician environment
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to serve an underserved patient population
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active North Carolina Pharmacist license (required)
• 1-3 years of pharmacist experience
• Experience in an FQHC or similar setting preferred
• Comfortable working autonomously in a small pharmacy team
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred but not mandatory (the technician is Spanish-speaking, so bilingual skills are advantageous)
• Commitment to patient-centered care and serving underserved communities
