Seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee pharmacy operations at a small Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on staffing with leadership responsibilities in a close-knit hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), assuming full accountability for pharmacy services.
• Supervise and support pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient workspace.
• Coordinate medication distribution, inventory control, and clinical pharmacy activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and medication use.

Qualifications:

• Current Oklahoma pharmacist license required.
• Proven hospital pharmacy experience, preferably in LTAC or similar settings.
• Ability to immediately assume full-time responsibilities.
• Authorized and confident to perform as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
