Staff Pharmacist | Cherry Hill, New Jersey

This opportunity is for an Evening Shift Staff Pharmacist role in a closed-door, long-term care facility located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The position is full-time with a direct hire status, offering a structured evening schedule to accommodate work-life balance.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• Rotating every other weekend
• Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday): 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting initial and final medication reviews through the Frameworks software system (training provided)
• Overseeing pharmacy technicians to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Dispensing medications efficiently within a high-volume setting, averaging approximately 600 prescriptions per day
• Maintaining a high standard of patient safety and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Active and clear New Jersey Pharmacist license required
• Previous pharmacy experience, preferably within high-volume operations
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the Frameworks software system
