Staff Pharmacist - Cherry Hill, NJ

A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Staff Pharmacist to work at a closed-door long-term care facility. This role supports a high-volume pharmacy environment averaging around 600 prescriptions per day, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and leadership.

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Rotating every 3rd weekend
• Weekends (Saturday and Sunday): 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM OR 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Minimum requirement of 1 summer and 1 winter holiday shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and final medication reviews utilizing the Frameworks software system (training provided)
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to protocols
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and speed in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Qualifications:

• Current, clear, and active NJ Pharmacist license
• Demonstrated pharmacy experience, particularly in busy environments
• Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining precision
• Strong leadership and communication skills to oversee and collaborate effectively with pharmacy staff
