Staff Pharmacist - Cherry Hill, NJ

A direct hire opportunity is available for a Mid Shift Pharmacist in a closed door, long-term care (LTC) facility. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, with rotating every third weekend and select holiday shifts. The facility manages a high volume of roughly 600 prescriptions daily, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting initial prescription reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided)
• Performing final medication reviews and checks to ensure patient safety
• Overseeing and collaborating with pharmacy technicians
• Dispensing medications accurately in a timely manner
• Managing workload during mid-shift hours

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm
• Every 3rd weekend rotation with shifts from 11:00 am - 9:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• Minimum of one summer and one winter holiday required

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear New Jersey Pharmacist license
• Pharmacy experience, ideally in a high-volume setting
• Ability to maintain speed and accuracy under pressure
