Staff Pharmacist | Cherry Hill, New Jersey

An opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacist to work an evening shift in a closed-door long-term care facility. This direct hire position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on medication safety and patient care.

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ
Facility Type: Closed door, Long-Term Care (LTC)
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 4:00 pm – 12:30 am
• Rotating every 3rd weekend
• Weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday, either 11:00 am – 9:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Minimum of one summer and one winter holiday rotation required

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting initial medication reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided)
• Performing final medication checks to ensure accuracy and safety
• Supervising pharmacy technicians and workflow
• Dispensing medications efficiently in a high-volume environment (approximately 600 prescriptions per day)

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and clear New Jersey Pharmacist license
• Previous pharmacy experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Ability to work quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems
