A leading pharmacy provider in Chicago is seeking experienced pharmacists for per diem positions to support high-volume pharmacy operations. This role is ideal for skilled pharmacists who thrive in dynamic work environments and possess strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Location:

• Chicago, IL

Schedule/Hours:

• Friday 3/20, Tuesday 3/24, Friday 3/27, Tuesday 3/31
• Shift hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Intake and processing of prescriptions with accuracy and efficiency
• Dispensing medications while adhering to safety and quality standards
• Checking and verifying prescriptions to ensure compliance
• Managing inventory control to support smooth operations
• Addressing patient inquiries with professionalism and expert knowledge

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a high-volume pharmacy setting
• Strong pharmacy intuition and ability to adapt quickly to workflow changes
• Proficiency with pharmacy software, specifically Pioneer Rx
• Experience with automation and dispensing robots is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong technician support
