A retail/community pharmacy is seeking a skilled pharmacist to provide a combination of retail and long-term care services in Bagley, MN. This contract role offers a 13+ week assignment working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include dispensing medications accurately, counseling patients on prescriptions, managing long-term care pharmaceutical needs, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The pharmacist will operate within a retail and community pharmacy environment, supporting both walk-in customers and long-term care patients.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Minnesota pharmacist license required
• PharmD degree or MTM certification preferred
• Immunization certification mandatory
• CPR certification required
• Previous experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy settings
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills

Schedule/Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday with rotating weekend coverage
