IV Sterile Compounding Retail Staff Pharmacist | Clearwater, Florida

An opportunity is available for a skilled Pharmacist specializing in sterile compounding to support a compounding pharmacy setting. This contract position offers the chance to contribute your expertise in a dynamic environment focused on delivering precise, high-quality pharmaceutical preparations.

Location:

• Tampa, FL

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 10:30 am to 7:00 pm
• 40 hours per week preferred
• Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday or Sunday with a weekday off based on availability

Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile compounding of medications in compliance with regulatory standards and pharmacy protocols
• Ensure accuracy and safety in all compounding processes
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet patient-specific medication needs
• Maintain thorough documentation and adherence to quality assurance measures

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Florida Pharmacist License
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in sterile compounding pharmacy practice (highly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of compounding procedures, aseptic technique, and related regulations
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and medication accuracy
