A direct hire opportunity is available for a skilled Staff Pharmacist serving a closed-door, long-term care facility. This role offers a consistent day shift schedule with the chance to apply your pharmacy expertise in a fast-paced, high-volume setting dispensing approximately 600 prescriptions daily.

Location: Clementon, NJ
Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
  • Rotating every 3rd weekend
  • Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday): 11:00 am – 9:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm
  • Minimum of one summer and one winter holiday required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and final medication reviews using Frameworks software (training provided)
  • Oversee pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate and efficient dispensing
  • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, maintaining compliance with facility policies
  • Manage workflow to meet high-volume demands while ensuring patient safety

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active and clear NJ Pharmacist license
  • Experience working as a pharmacist in a similar or high-volume environment
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage and support pharmacy technicians
