Staff Pharmacist in Clementon, NJ

This opportunity calls for a skilled Staff Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care in a closed-door, long-term care (LTC) setting. Operating on a direct hire basis with an immediate start, this role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and leadership within a dynamic, high-volume pharmacy environment.

Location:

• Clementon, NJ

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday | 10:00am – 6:30pm
• Rotating every 3rd weekend
• Weekend shifts alternate between 11:00am – 9:00pm or 1:00pm – 10:00pm
• Required to cover at least one summer and one winter holiday

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial medication reviews using Frameworks software (training provided)
• Perform final medication checks ensuring patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow and accuracy
• Dispense medications precisely and in compliance with regulatory standards

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Possess a current, active NJ Pharmacist license
• Demonstrated pharmacy experience, particularly in fast-paced settings
• Ability to manage roughly 600 prescriptions daily with speed and accuracy
• Adaptability to work within a high-volume, efficient pharmacy environment
