Staff Pharmacist - Clementon, New Jersey

A direct hire opportunity for a Staff Pharmacist is available in a closed door long-term care (LTC) facility located in Clementon, NJ. This role offers a day shift schedule with a focus on maintaining high-quality medication management in a fast-paced environment processing approximately 600 prescriptions daily. The facility uses the Frameworks software system, and training will be provided for candidates new to this platform.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough initial and final medication reviews through the Frameworks system
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and facility policies
• Work a Monday to Friday schedule from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
• Participate in a rotating schedule working every 3rd weekend
• Cover Saturday and Sunday shifts, either from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm
• Work at least one summer and one winter holiday

Qualifications:

• Current, clear, and active NJ Pharmacist license
• Proven pharmacy experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to oversee pharmacy operations effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software (Frameworks)
