A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Staff Pharmacist to work in a closed-door, long-term care facility. This role offers a consistent mid-shift schedule with a focus on high-volume prescription management in a supportive environment.

Location: Clementon, NJ
Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm
  • Rotating every 3rd weekend
  • Weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday, either 11:00 am – 9:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm
  • Minimum requirement: 1 summer and 1 winter holiday worked annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and final medication reviews utilizing the Frameworks software system (training provided)
  • Oversee pharmacy technicians and ensure accuracy in dispensing medications
  • Manage approximately 600 prescriptions per day efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain compliance with facility protocols and state regulations

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active and unrestricted NJ Pharmacist license
  • Prior experience in pharmacy, preferably in a high-volume setting
  • Demonstrated ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and leadership skills in supervising support staff
