Staff Pharmacist | Clementon, New Jersey

A direct hire opportunity is available for a Mid Shift Pharmacist at a closed-door long-term care facility in Clementon, NJ. This role is ideal for pharmacists who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and are committed to ensuring accurate and efficient medication management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and final medication reviews using Frameworks software (training provided)
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and day-to-day operations
• Accurately dispense medications to meet patient needs
• Work Monday through Friday from 1:00pm to 9:30pm
• Participate in a rotating schedule for every third weekend, covering shifts on Saturdays and Sundays (options between 11:00am–9:00pm or 1:00pm–10:00pm)
• Commit to working a minimum of one summer and one winter holiday annually

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear New Jersey Pharmacist license required
• Proven pharmacy experience, preferably in a high-volume environment handling approximately 600 prescriptions daily
• Ability to perform efficiently and maintain accuracy under pressure
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Frameworks software
