Staff Pharmacist | Cleveland, Ohio

Deliver flu vaccinations at corporate clinics across Cleveland in a dynamic Staff Pharmacist role designed for professionals with a passion for community health and immunization services. This contract position offers the opportunity to engage directly with diverse business clients on both the East and West sides of Cleveland, applying your pharmacy expertise in a flexible, travel-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer flu shots at onsite flu vaccination clinics hosted by various local businesses throughout Cleveland.
• Travel to assigned client sites across Cleveland’s East and West sides, managing clinic set-up and vaccination delivery.
• Stand or sit during vaccination clinics lasting the duration of the assignment.
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system on-site to document immunization services and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist License in good standing (required).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
• Valid Immunization delivery certification (required).
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSP) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Proven experience using Epic electronic health record systems.
• Preferred: PharmD degree and prior experience with flu shot clinics or immunization events.
