Staff Pharmacist - Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

Join a well-established retail pharmacy team as a Part-Time Staff Pharmacist, offering an opportunity to work during the day shift with a contract-to-hire arrangement. This role is located in Rathdrum, ID, and provides a great setting to contribute your pharmacy expertise while supporting a busy, customer-focused environment.

Schedule / Hours:

• 1st shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Saturday work schedule allows a day off on Thursday or Friday)

Work Environment:

• Collaborate with a team consisting of 3 pharmacy technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier
• Utilize the Pioneer pharmacy system to manage workflow efficiently
• Handle a prescription volume of 300 – 400 scripts per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Provide patient counseling, ensuring clear communication and excellent service
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians throughout the shift
• Emphasize outstanding customer service and teamwork in daily tasks

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Previous pharmacy experience in a retail setting
• Clear and active pharmacist license for Idaho
• Updated resume, skills checklist, and professional references required
