A part-time Retail Staff Pharmacist opportunity is available in Rathdrum, ID, offering a 13-week contract to hire position with a strong focus on excellent customer service and teamwork. Schedule/Hours:
- 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Saturday workday offers either Thursday or Friday off)
Team Environment:
- Work alongside 3 pharmacy technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier
- Utilize the Pioneer system in a retail setting
- Manage a volume of 300 – 400 prescriptions per day
Responsibilities:
- Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Provide patient counseling to promote safe medication use
- Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards as part of a dedicated team player approach
Qualifications:
- Active and clear Idaho pharmacist license
- Previous pharmacy experience, preferably in a retail setting
- Updated resume, skills checklist, and professional references ready for submission
