Staff Pharmacist | Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

A part-time opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist on a contract-to-hire basis in Rathdrum, ID, supporting a busy retail pharmacy setting. This role offers daytime hours on a first shift schedule supporting a collaborative team environment and a strong focus on customer service.

Location:

• Rathdrum, ID

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (If working a Saturday, time off will be granted on Thursday or Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide patient counseling to ensure proper medication use
• Supervise pharmacy technicians supporting daily workflow
• Collaborate closely with a team of 3 technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier
• Use the Pioneer pharmacy system to manage 300–400 prescriptions per day
• Deliver outstanding customer service as a team player

Qualifications:

• Previous pharmacy experience required
• Clear and active Idaho pharmacist license
• Updated resume, completed skills checklist, and references
