Staff Pharmacist - Coeur d'Alene, ID

A part-time retail pharmacist opportunity is available on a contract-to-hire basis supporting a well-established pharmacy team. This role offers a balance of professional responsibilities and a supportive work environment.

Location:

• Rathdrum, ID

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (if working Saturday, one weekday off Thursday or Friday)

Team and Work Environment:

• Collaborate with 3 pharmacy technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier
• Utilize Pioneer system
• Manage 300–400 prescriptions daily
• Emphasis on customer service and teamwork

Primary Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions accurately and ensure patient safety
• Provide patient counseling and education
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians in daily operations

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Idaho pharmacist license
• Previous pharmacy experience in a retail setting
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Updated resume, skills checklist, and references ready for review

Contract Term:

• 13-week contract to hire arrangement
