A specialty pharmacy is seeking a Weekend Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care blending retail and long-term care services. This per diem position offers an opportunity to work Saturdays and Sundays, supporting patient needs in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Location:

• Grand Rapids, MN

Schedule:

• Weekends: Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately for retail and long-term care patients
• Provide counseling and education on medication usage and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes in specialty pharmacy services
• Administer immunizations as required
• Perform medication therapy management (MTM) and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active Minnesota pharmacist license
• PharmD degree preferred
• Immunization certification and CPR certification required
• Experience or certification in medication therapy management (MTM) highly valued
• Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and long-term care pharmacy practices
