Staff Pharmacist in Collierville, TN

Location: Collierville, TN (Specialty Pharmacy near Cordova, TN)
Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical patient management for individuals requiring infused and complex drug therapies
• Manage factor replacement therapies, emicizumab, and other novel subcutaneous and IV treatments
• Educate patients and families on drug administration, side effect management, and medication safety
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure seamless patient care
• Assist with benefits navigation, including securing prior authorizations and accessing financial assistance programs

Desired Qualifications:

• Active TN Pharmacist License (other state licenses welcomed)
• Experience with CareTend software is highly preferred; training available for the right candidate
• Strong work ethic and a passion for learning and development
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
