Staff Pharmacist in Collierville, TN

A specialty pharmacy in Collierville, TN is seeking a motivated and dedicated pharmacist eager to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully to patient care. Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other conditions requiring infused therapies.
• Manage therapies involving factor replacement, emicizumab, and other novel agents, along with a variety of subcutaneous and intravenous infusions.
• Educate patients and their families on complex drug administration techniques, side effect management, adherence strategies, and safe medication handling at home.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Assist reimbursement specialists in navigating insurance complexities, securing prior authorizations, and identifying financial assistance options.

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist License (required).
• Arkansas Pharmacist License (highly preferred).
• Experience with CareTend software is a significant advantage; training available for the right candidate.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Strong drive, excellent work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow within a specialty pharmacy setting.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
